Division St. has shared official details surrounding their upcoming Nike Air Max 95 collaborative release. The design references the basketball court at Oregon’s Phil Knight arena; created by Tinker Hatfield, the court design honors the program’s history while paying tribute to the “Tall Firs,” the nickname given to the 1938–39 Oregon Ducks men’s basketball team that won the inaugural NCAA basketball championship. Both colorways will debut at Flight Club New York, Los Angeles and Miami on Saturday, March 21st, and will be available on GOAT starting on Air Max Day on Thursday, March 26th.
The Oregon Ducks and Nike continue their ongoing Division St. partnership with another special project timed perfectly for Air Max Month. This time, the spotlight lands on the ever-iconic Nike Air Max 95 — a silhouette whose influence remains deeply woven into Nike’s design history and continues to set the pace for collabs in ’26.
While Oregon collaborations typically lean into the school’s unmistakable green-and-yellow palette, this latest offering takes a more subtle approach inspired by the natural landscape of the Pacific Northwest. Rather than referencing team colors directly, the design pays tribute to the towering fir trees that cover the state of Oregon and line much of its terrain.
Two versions of the project are expected, with the pair seen here dubbed the “Lumber Yard” edition. The shoe’s layered suede upper, a defining feature of the Air Max 95’s anatomy-inspired design, is rendered with a distinctive woodgrain-textured treatment across the gradient panels. The textured finish echoes the look of cut timber, tying the sneaker visually to Oregon’s forestry heritage while maintaining the silhouette’s recognizable structure. The attached hangtag is also wooden, with Ducks’ “O” and DOAF lettering carved into each side.
Release information has not yet been fully revealed, though the Oregon Ducks x Nike Air Max 95 “Lumber Yard” as well as the second “Fir” is expected to launch exclusively through GOAT with a retail price of $250.
