The New Balance Allerdale has revolved almost exclusively around shades of brown during its time on shelves, fittingly so given its roots in British leisure shoes. But with the warmer months approaching, a new look has emerged that feels like a more season-appropriate option.

Here we have the New Balance Allerdale “Vaporous Grey,” the lightest colorway since last year’s all-white pair. A Chipmunk brown interior keeps that leisure shoe DNA alive and well, while FuelCell cushioning in the midsole handles all-day comfort. This one arrives in leather, one of two main material options the Allerdale is offered in.
