Panda Dunks Are Back In Patent Leather

An elevated take on a ubiquitous colorway.

Panda Dunks Are Back In Patent Leather

We’re multiple trends removed from the “Panda” Dunk era at this point, yet the shoe that once defined a generation of sneaker hype remains a pretty common sight on city streets. For some, that’s evidence enough that there’s still a market for likeminded spinoffs.

Here we have a patent leather “Panda” Dunk for Fall 2026, the two-tone staple classing up with black patent leather across all the overlays. The color blocking deviates only slightly from the OG, differing with a white interior and tongue piping accent.

You’ve undeniably heard the jokes about “Panda” Dunks, but a clean black and white take on a classic Nike silhouette should never have become as polarizing as it has. Hype breeds oversaturation, and oversaturation breeds overhate. As Matt Damon’s Sonny Vaccaro put it in Air: “they’ll build you up just to tear you down.” Just wear what you want.

The Nike Dunk Low “Panda Patent” drops Fall 2026 via Nike and select retailers, potentially at a slight markup over the model’s usual $120 price tag. See official retailer images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates page for more.
