Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Bakin’ is celebrating its 30th anniversary with original colorways and fresh looks alike. Here we have a detailed look at one of the latter, a brand new “Black/Chlorophyll/Multi-Color” option for Spring 2027.
Detailed images shared from Paris Fashion Week show a black foundation with colorful, woven rug-like fabric across the main top overlay, accented by royal branding and light green on the visible Air unit. The sneaker joins the original “Varsity Red” and “Varsity Royal” colorways among upcoming releases, both of those styles expected for Holiday 2026. Nike is also rolling out a new low-top Air Bakin’ with some key changes to the upper, that new height arriving in a number of Nike ACG-esque looks.
The Nike Air Bakin’ SP “Multi-Color” is currently expected to drop Spring 2027, meaning between January and March, for $170 in men’s sizes. We’ll circle back as soon as we have more images to share.
