A’ja Wilson Reveals The Nike A’Two “Hot Wheels”

A’ja Wilson Reveals The Nike A’Two “Hot Wheels”

The Nike A’Two “Hot Wheels” is no longer a mystery. The colorful new edition of A’ja Wilson’s upcoming signature shoe was first spotted on Brittney Griner, leading many to speculate that the design was a special Player Exclusive created exclusively for the Phoenix Mercury star. Now, Wilson herself has officially unveiled the sneaker, giving fans a closer look at one of the most playful colorways yet for her growing signature line.

Borrowing from the iconic miniature car toy brand, the A’Two features yellow flames with blue-tipped accents racing across the upper before fading into a blacked-out heel. The fiery motif extends to Wilson’s personal logos on the tongue.

The reveal also suggests that Nike may be building a larger storytelling theme around Wilson’s favorite childhood toys and games. Earlier, she debuted an UNO-inspired A’Two, making the “Hot Wheels” edition the second known concept to draw from a beloved childhood pastime and further hinting at some collaborative releases to come.

Whether the pair was created specifically for Griner/Wilson or is destined for a wider release remains unclear because Nike has yet to announce any launch information. For now, the Nike A’Two “Hot Wheels” offers another glimpse into the increasingly personal storytelling direction behind Wilson’s signature franchise. See the images ahead and stay tuned for updates.
