Andrew Rizzo Go ahead, Goadome. The low-top version of Nike’s most iconic ACG boot has emerged as one of the breakout stars of Nike’s space at Paris Fashion Week, surfacing in a number of new styles for Spring/Summer 2027. Alongside an all-new Goadome/Foamposite hybrid (the “Foamdome” if you will) comes an array of additional looks spanning a rotating cast of material finishes.
Detailed images from Paris Fashion Week show several pairs, starting with simple grey and olive green executions in the model’s standard leather build. Black and green croc skin styles add an elevated feel to the collection, while a buttery yellow suede option recalls the model’s roots as a Timberland competitor.
The Goadome proper debuted in 2000 and immediately caught on in New York and the DMV, so much so that rappers Jim Jones and Wales have gone back and forth debating which region deserves credit for the model’s current fame. While the original mid-top has had an eventful run of late thanks to a strong pony hair pack, Yeat collaboration, and DMV-inspired “Cherry Blossom” release, Nike appears to be shifting focus to the low for the seasons ahead, a decision no doubt informed by the current consumer pull toward low-tops across the board. ACG fans, particularly those drawn to the ’90s and 2000s eras, have every reason to celebrate.
The Nike Air Max Goadome Low styles previewed at Paris Fashion Week are set to release Spring/Summer 2027 (meaning January through June), likely toward the start of that window so as to catch the beginning of winter. See detailed pics below and stay tuned for updates.
