Due in no small part to recent 2000s-esque Air Force 1 releases, patent leather sneakers are having a moment. But the Swoosh isn’t hoarding the material for itself. Jordan Brand is getting in on the action with a summery Jordan 1 Low SE featuring mismatched patent leather hits, shown here via official images.

Both shoes share white midsoles and black/white leather on the toe, eyelets, and quarter panel, but everything else diverges from there. The left leans into soft shades of blue and sage green, while the right goes with light and hot pink hues. The toe box, heel, collar, and Swoosh of each sneaker come in patent leather, each foot in its own distinct colorway. Eccentric, indeed.
