Andrew Rizzo It’s been nearly three whole years since we’ve covered the New Balance 327 at Sneaker News, not because it got discontinued, but because it got lapped time and again by other models that have since commanded more of the spotlight. We now have reason to believe the model might be coming back out of its shell, though. Joining a vast selection of simple women’s GRs on the New Balance site is an on-trend “Cow Print” pack consisting of two colorways, dropping August 12th for $105 a pop.
For the uninitiated, the New Balance 327 debuted in 2020 as a lifestyle model inspired by the running shoes of the 1970s, rising to mainstream popularity off the strength of both collabs and GR colorways shortly after launching. The “Cow Print” pack brings the model back to the headlines with an on-trend pattern that’s been something of the “it” aesthetic in the footwear world in recent seasons. Black and brown colorways are on tap, both featuring cow print graphics (not faux pony hair) across the nylon foundational layer.
