Last seen in 2012, the Air Diamond Turf 2 “49ers” pays homage to Deion Sanders’ single but wildly successful season in the Bay Area. Black and white leather lay the foundation, complemented by red and gold accents spread throughout. The key difference from the 2012 retro is the interior, done in black this time instead of red. This release also caps off a run of “49ers”-themed Air Diamond Turf 2 drops: Nike first brought back the 49ers-inspired “Prime Red” as both a cleat and a cross-trainer earlier this year, though this white colorway is the one more commonly associated with the team nickname.
