Sneaker News Jordan Brand is going all-in on the 30th anniversary of Space Jam, and some familiar footwear is returning for the occasion. The celebration kicked off this past weekend with the return of the Air Jordan 9 “Space Jam,” the original 1994 colorway famously worn by Bugs Bunny in the movie. Next up is another Space Jam-themed release, although this one comes from considerably more recent history.
The Jordan Six Rings “Space Jam” is back, featuring the familiar black-based color scheme made famous by Michael Jordan’s surprise return to the Bulls late in the 1994-1995 season followed by his silver screen debut on the semi-animated movie. Just like the XI, the 6 Rings features black patent leather mudguards, black ballistic nylon uppers, iced-out bottoms, and hits of royal blue on the outsole pods and upper branding.
If you’re not aware yet, this isn’t exactly a new colorway of the hybrid model; Jordan Brand actually dropped this back in 2018 to surprisingly strong fanfare.
The Jordan Six Rings “Space Jam” is available now for $175, with plenty more Space Jam storytelling expected from Jordan Brand throughout the Holiday 2026 season including the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam”, Air Jordan 11 “Green Screen”, and more.
