Official images of this upcoming release show a simple white and black colorway, ideal for Deion Sanders’ sideline fits as head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. That simplicity leads to some premium offerings not typically associated with the football-forward silhouette; tumbled white leather makes up the main exterior portions, while the underlays arrive in a contrasting black. Off the bat, the colors don’t seem to connect to any strict part of Prime Time’s playing or coaching career.
The tongue is where things start to get interesting, as the shoe opts for the modern-era PRIME branding in place of the usual fabric Air Diamond Turf tag. Not entirely unique to the Air Diamond Turf’s recent run, but historically less common given the logo was only introduced to the Nike universe over the last two years. The lining is the real separator, sporting Deion Sanders’ signature stitched on. Given the simplicity of the colorway, these Deion Sanders shoes may have some tie to memorabilia.
