Winterized and weatherized versions are awash on our front page as of late, something we’ve come to expect any time we start creeping towards the end of the year. This year’s biggest development in that regard may just be the Nike Air Max 95 Gore-TEX, bringing a high-volume catalog icon into the season-ready fold for the first time since its “Big Bubble” resurgence in 2025.

For those who haven’t come face-to-face with this overhaul before, Nike’s official images suite already demonstrates its selling point, as beads of water are repelled from both the siding and the new nylon foundation. For this pair, that go-anywhere aspect matches with a goes-with-anything palette, leaning into the “Triple Black” formula that’s served Beaverton dutifully for decades at this point. Clear air units round out a design that has no issue going off road or going off the radar.

The Nike Air Max 95 Gore-TEX “Triple Black” should be coming to Nike.com in short order, retailing for $200.
