Cheer On The Washington Commanders With This Rhinestone-Studded adidas Samba

The adidas Samba “Rhinestone” is arriving in a new Maroon/Gold colorway for women this October, perfect for the football fans in the DMV.

Part of adidas’ ongoing series of rhinestone-studded Sambas, the shoe takes the familiar silhouette and covers virtually the entire upper in small, glistening stones. Maroon provides the base, while Light Gold accents appear across the T-toe, Three Stripes, and heel tab.

Not that adidas has any official connection with the NFL franchise, but the combination lands remarkably close to the Washington Commanders’ burgundy and gold, making the pair an unexpected option for anyone looking to add something different to their game-day rotation.

Beyond the accidental team colors, the rhinestone treatment provides a glitzy upgrade to a terrace icon traditionally known for its simplicity. The familiar low-profile shape remains intact, only now with considerably more sparkle in seasonal tones.

The women’s adidas Samba “Rhinestone” is currently listed on release calendars for October 2026, although select retailers already have pairs available. Retail is set at $120; see the Where To Buy section below to get yours.
