Andrew Rizzo It’s mail call time for the Oregon State Beavers, Nike continuing its run of Vaporposite Pro football cleat PEs for its sponsored college programs with a wonderfully on-brand orange and black execution.
The pair follows PEs for LSU, Clemson, Texas and more, each featuring its own color blocking and details in a welcome (and needed) break from the copy and paste college PE sprints we’ve seen in recent seasons. Oregon State’s version is more pared back than most, leaning on a rich orange Foamposite shell and matching spike plates. The tongue and Swoosh logos are done in black, complete with “OSU” stitching on the top of the tongue and “Go Beavs” on the heel pull strap.
Nike’s various Vaporposite Pro PEs are for college football players only and will not see retail. The model is, however, available on Nike.com in multiple colorways for $210.
