Tyler, the Creator has always moved in silence when it comes to his album cycles, so we’re not in the business of counting out more from him on the music side. Even outside of the airwaves, his fans have had plenty to watch in the life and times of the California native; his GOLF brand just dropped a collab with FC Barcelona, and business is booming when it comes to Golf Le Fleur x Converse. The Tyler, The Creator x Converse 1908 Pro Leather has become arguably his most successful silhouette to date, reviving the classic laidback style with a molded toe and vintage touches, now spanning six released colorways and adding two pastel pairs for chapters seven and eight.

This “signature” silhouette keeps to the chunky skate aesthetics that have made it such a clean fit for Tyler’s overall design universe. Yet as we noted in our coverage of the last collection, the second capsule split the difference between conventional colorings and his trademark eccentricity; a subtle black/off-white has proven to be the darling of that latest drop. Here, a periwinkle/off-white execution and a moss green/light blue run headfirst into the preppy and campy bend that’s defined Le Fleur and Golf offerings for seasons on end, sure to land well with the fanbase that either brand has cultivated in that same span.

An official date for the Tyler, the Creator x Converse 1908 Pro Leather hasn’t been announced just yet, but these are also cropping up on overseas retailers. Expect these to be the next drop out of the musician and brand’s partnership, almost assuredly commanding the same $105 retail price.
