New adidas AE3 “Lucid Pink” Releases Ahead Of Anthony Edwards’ Season Debut

The 2026 Minnesota Timberwolves are going to be a lot of basketball fans’ “second team” to watch this year, owners of one of the most personality-packed backcourts ever in Anthony Edwards and team newcomer LaMelo Ball. Ahead of tonight’s season opener against the Heat, fans are getting a bit of a surprise on the footwear front: the adidas AE3 “Lucid Pink” is available now at Foot Locker.

One of a few playful AE3 colorways of this vein alongside the AE3 “Purple Iridescent,” the “Lucid Pink” sees its titular color envelop the TPU heel clip and the entirety of the fishbone-like frame that spans the full length of the upper. The mesh underneath is executed gradient style, fading from dark purple around the tongue and collar into a lighter pink around the toe. Underfoot we have a pale pink outsole with more vibrant hits at the midfoot.
