Aligning perfectly with last year’s “City Edition” uniform and other deep cuts from the Timberwolves archive, the AE3 sports a striking, almost regal shade of purple across the vamp, heel, and outsole. The skeletal TPU frame is once again the main attraction, done with an iridescent silver finish in a new twist on the model (though similar looks have been executed on the AE1). The result is another team-friendly makeup with a futuristic edge, one of a few in this vein alongside pairs like the “Cold Blooded” and upcoming “Lucid Pink”.
The adidas Anthony Edwards 3 “Purple Iridescent” releases November 10th, 2026 via adidas and select retailers, priced at $130.
