Japanese label nonnative and Converse have been partners for quite some time now. In the past few years, the two have worked on a number of collaborations, most centered on the beloved Pro Leather silhouette.
This weekend, the two will deliver yet another round of colorways, each complete with premium materials and a removable zip fastener. Priced at 23,000 Japanese yen, the collaborative model will arrive in both a light grey and a Triple Black colorway. The latter, which is objectively the most straightforward, hues every one of its exterior fixtures in black neutrals, shrouding the quality that is visually evident on its tonal alternate. On this pair, suedes appear velvety in their greyed finish, while the white leathers and yellow coatings adjacent bring attention to the Star Chevron branding and the midsole, respectively.
For a look at both options, see the images below. Pairs will arrive at select retailers in Japan on March 20th.
In other news, the Air Tuned Max Celery is finally returning this week.
