The latest in-line collection from The Swoosh has employed spray-painted Checks across a multitude of their lifestyle silhouettes. After exploring opposing white and black propositions with the Air Max Plus 3, the heralded Tinker Hatfield design from 1990 is now joining the fray with a dominant jet-black offering.
Spare the light grey Nike and Air Max branding along the silhouettes tongue, heel and midfoot, the entirety of the Air Max 90’s upper renders a clad black shade that fills the mesh base and presiding cracked leather overlays of the mudguard, quarter and counter. The model’s mainstay comes by way of two spray-painted Swooshes bearing brushes of white and dark grey tones. Underfoot, a crisp white midsole is interrupted by the horizontally ridged cushioning system and tread finished in the established pitch-dark scheme.
