Michael Le Previously referred to as the “Certified Lover Boy,” the NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 “Love You Forever” pays homage to both the artist’s mother as well as one of his favorite childhood books. And after much-anticipation — as well as fear of cancellation altogether — the collaboration is finally set to release tomorrow, December 8th.
The NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 “Love You Forever” builds upon the classic “Triple White” colorway, modifying many of the details signature to the Bruce Kilgore-designed silhouette. For starters, the NOCTA logo replaces that of Nike’s along the left heel tab; the “AIR” across the midsole, too, has been removed, substituted by “Love You Forever” text written in a neat cursive. What’s more, the mold of the outsole has been slightly tweaked as well, displaying hearts instead of stars.
