Michael Le Daniel Bailey, widely known as MRBAILEY, has been teasing his upcoming collaboration with adidas for some time now. And after much anticipation, said project — entitled the OZMORPHIS — is finally just days away, scheduled to hit shelves promptly on February 9th.
Following several teasers as well as an in-hand look at an early prototype, official images of the MRBAILEY x adidas OZMORPHIS have finally surfaced. Clad in an all-black colorway, the model is informed by nature, representing its “mysteries,” specifically. This is visualized not just in the dark, understated palette but also the construction, which plays on these themes with a series of intricate yet heavily obscured layers. A waterproof shell is stretched along the shoe’s bottom half, juxtaposing the robust cage and dual lace system that sit just overhead.
Branded with the MRBAILEY name and logo, the OZMORPHIS will be release via adidas.com on February 9th. Early access will be available soon as well, with sign-ups for said launch available now on mrbailey.co.uk.
In other news, the adidas Y-3 Superstar Unity Ink is expected to land later this year.
