Air Jordan XX9 Unveiled
The Air Jordan XX9 has already been confirmed as a Fall 2014 release, but we’ve seen nothing of them yet. However there is a big Jordan Brand event scheduled for the middle of the month, and we’ve got a strong hunch that the next MJ model might be making its debut then.

Release Info for the Air Jordan 6 “Champagne and Cigars” Emerges
2014 is the Year of the 6 if you hadn’t noticed. No doubt two of the most buzzed about new pairs are the “Champagne” and “Cigars”, both of which are rumored as a Summer 2014 drop – possibly around the time the NBA Finals comes to a close. That season isn’t too far away-so look for the exact date of their arrival to firm up this month.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant Suit Up in Elite Sneakers
Last year Nike Basketball’s Big Three couldn’t quite wait till the post-season to suit up in their playoff sneakers. We’ve already seen James and Durant do the same this year, and for April we should see them make the switch to wearing their Elite models full time.

A First Look At The Kanye/Pharrell/Nigo x adidas Originals Partnership
Everyone is talking about all the adidas collaborations in the works, and it’s about time that we got a glimpse of what’s to come. Kanye was the first of these partnerships confirmed but he isn’t releasing until September, so maybe Pharrell or Nigo will step to the front of the line with a preview for April.

Rick Ross and MMG Release a Reebok Collab
Rick Ross and Reebok have long since made nice at this point, but there’s still not been a collaboration sneaker between the two. There have been rumblings on social media though – we’re thinking that the time is right for MMG and Reebok Classics to strike (early teasers say it’s the Workout model).

The Nike LeBron 11 EXT Arrives
The Nike LeBron X EXT “Cork”, the first ever release from the lifestyle leaning Extension range of Nike Basketball designs, made its debut in February of last year, so the next string of entries feels long overdue at this point. Will it be the Denim, King’s Crown, or Blue Suede?

adidas Gives John Wall more of the Basketball Spotlight
John Wall’s star continues to rise and adidas Basketball continues to give the youngster more and more shine. We’ve seen that they’re willing to give him special releases for retro models and even make him the face of a shoe (Remember how closely he was tied to Crazyquick?). Look for even more support in the future on account of his strong sales figures and the rumored sig shoe pictured here.
