Since returning to the forefront thanks to a colorful Supreme collaboration, the Air Max Tailwind IV is slowly trickling into current release calendars with the OG Volt colorway spearheading its much more rampant revival. The retro model breathes that same classic ethos in its very fiber, using somewhat toned down color blocking with gradient dyed molds adding intricacy to the entire profile. Outlined in black with a primarily white leather construction, the pair sparingly brands with various iconography coming miniaturized throughout the upper. Small embroidered and stamped swooshes sit at the rear with the tongue featuring an almost unnoticeable white on white hit while the model’s Air Max emblem sits in hiding along the outsole.
