The Air Jordan 14 “Royal” Is Officially Unveiled

The famed “Royal” colorway, while not quite as prolific as the “Bred” or “Chicago relatively, has slowly found its way back in the spotlight this year, dressing up the Air Jordan 3 most recently. And, as revealed by way of the brand’s Fall 2020 preview, we’re set to see yet another interpretation atop the canvas of the Air Jordan 14. Still relatively true to its luxury car inspiration, the silhouette only adds the titular shade in seldom. Acting more as a decal, the cool tone applies atop the lower molds as well as the heel tab, tongue, and accompanying branding. Elsewhere, a mostly untouched white leather steers the helm, its appearance taking on a dual-arrangement of texture: the overlaid elements preferring a smooth finish while the underlying base a perforated and seemingly quilted shape. Jumpman-stamped emblems seat the profile as it would a finely crafted sports cars while the counter makes use of more traditional iconography. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect to see them at SNKRS and Nike.com later this Fall 2020.

In other news, a multicolor Air Jordan 1 Low was revealed in detail yesterday.
