New Balance 1500 – Grey – Black – Red
January 5th, 2013 by Aaron Hope | 6 comments

There are four fresh New Balance 1500 colorways on tap for the Spring 2013 season. Sneaker News has showcased two so far, and here’s the third, an M1500GYB crafted in a mix of grey suede plus black leather and mesh and a little bit of red on the branding elements. This color combo always makes us think back to the Air Jordan legacy, and with the Air Jordan IV having also debuted in 1989 with a similar palette, we can’t help but wondering if NB will ever retro the 1500′s basketball hightop counterpart. If it would look as good in new colorups as this twentysomething runner, we’d welcome it, just like these pairs when they deliver on pre-orders later this month from Hanon.

people do more complaining on this website more than anything else..these shoes are nice
Wow, look at that toe. So extended and banana like. It hurts my eyes... and soul. Disgusting. Grab the new shape TWS and the buttery soft suede GWS instead. Beautiful they are. Dont even go NEAR an Asian made 1500...
@caseyflinders asian made 1500? then why does the tongue say made in England?
What was the 1500's basketball counterpart? Sorry, not familiar with old school NB.
NB is killing it with Quality and Creativity.
