This isn’t too often the case, but Nike Snowboarding looks to have taken a page or two out of the adidas playbook for Danny Kass’ latest Zoom Force 1 boot. First off, the boots are equipped with extra ‘tongues’ bearing American and Canadian flags, which is something we’ve seen from the ever-flamboyant Jeremy Scott. It doesn’t stop there, though, as the overall look of the design, and especially the rear sections, have a vague Star Wars feel. Maybe it’s cos Kass is reppin’ his birth year of 1982, which would explain the overlap in ‘futuristic’ styling. Given the Olympic reference, these should be out soon. via CtotheJL//WeAreCivil
