Soccer is the most popular sport in Korea, and their surge for the trophy during the 2002 World Cup tournament thrust the peninsulary country into the world stage with the never-say-die “Be The Reds!” chant and improbable Final-Four run. In 2006, the World Cup x Nike Air Force 1 Low Pack released – one in a Korean colorway; Korea is included once again in this commemorative pack of Nike Air Max Light colorways with the royal blue, black, grey, and white reflecting the new Korean kit for the 2010 tournament.
