Mike Schmidt is long regarded as one of the greatest third-basemen to ever play the game. He’s in the 500 club and played his entire career for the Philadelphia Phillies, anchoring the 1980 team to a World Series Championship. Mike Schmidt was also one of the five baseball greats chosen as part of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid Legends Pack, which also includes Bo Jackson, Ken Griffey Jr., Nolan Ryan, and Albert Pujols. Schmidt’s PE is colored after the throwback Phillies uniform with a special logo on the heel, featuring Schmidt’s number and the year in which he led the Phillies to World Series glory in a similar fashion to the Phillies logo.
