The most recognizable feature of the Air Jordan XI is the patent leather that surrounds the mudguard, emanating the unmistakable aura of luxury and suave. Another trademark of the shoe is the carbon fiber plate, located at the arch of the foot. Sole Collector celebrates the introduction of carbon fiber to the Air Jordan Legacy by appointing the material as the master of this special colorway of the Jordan CMFT 11. It features a synthetic carbon fiber weave mudguard, paired with jet-black mesh upper, white midsole, grey heel, and a translucent bottom sole, while the magazine’s signature color of purple is placed acutely on the Jordan branding on the bottom sole and tongue tab, with a special ‘SC’ on the heel where the ’23’ once was.

The Sole Collector x Jordan CMFT 11 SC is surely a one-of-a-kind collaboration and the rarity of this partnership is reflected by the limited nature of this release; only two known release points are established – Nike Santa Monica in Santa Monica, CA and Nike Roosevelt Field in Long Island, NY – and twenty-three of these pairs will come with a special lasered carbon-fiber box.
