Has the fashion world come to a post-recession full-circle? We just saw Lil Wayne at courtside of Bulls/Heat Game 4 wearing the Nike SB Dunk Mid ‘Mama Bear’ along with a Billionaire Boys Club tee and camo cargo shorts, a look that at least on paper, could have just as easily popped up the last time LeBron James was playing in a conference finals series. It’s a reminder of a time when Ice Cream and Bape were among the hottest sneaker choices on the market, an era also evoked by this new BBC Nothings colorway. This model might be the least ‘nothing’ yet, eschewing the heretofore monochromatic colorways in favor of an earthy camouflage print that works nicely with a gum rubber sole.
