Nike Air Max 90 – Black Canvas

Some shoes are known not only for their iconic designs, but also for the most common material choices.  Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars will always be associated with canvas, New Balance’s classic runners suede and mesh, and the Nike Hyperfuse series, well, that one’s obvious.  And it’s not only the Chuck that can pull off the all-canvas look, as we’ve seen over the past week with red and now black canvasNike Air Max 90s showing up in advance of their early 2012 release.  These go for the same colorblocking and material distribution as the reds, switching that pair’s cream colored accents for grey and the inevitable Oakland Raiders rumblings to follow.  It’s such a solid design we can’t help but want to see it spread across more colorways, so click through to see some additional photos and stick with Sneaker News for all of Nike Sportswear’s Spring 2012 release dates.  via SF
