Air Jordan XI ‘Galaxy’ Customs By Peculiar Kinetics

Air Jordan XI ‘Galaxy’ Customs By Peculiar Kinetics

Air Jordan Xi Galaxy 9

In 1996, Michael Jordan was summoned to outer space to assist the Looney Tunes in a fight for their freedom against the despicable MonStars. In that movie, Michael wore the Air Jordan XI in the Black/Blue colorway, paving the way for its legendary status as the ‘Space Jam’ and causing riots and mayhem upon its re-release in December of 2009. So this ‘Galaxy’ custom you see here has, in a sense, been done before, because Michael has in fact travel through the Galaxy to ball with the best in the world, but did so without the intergalatic imagery applied to the mudguard of his sneakers. Peculiar Kinetics, the creator of this latest custom sneaker, brings the infamous Galaxy to the Air Jordan XI, giving it a re-mixed ‘Space Jam’ feel with the noted graphic and the glow-in-the-dark outsole (FYI, the Silver Anniversary XI was used as the base, thus the missing Jumpman). So move along to the gallery below and if you want to make these Galaxy Customs yours, you can inquire about a pair from pkstudios12.
