The beauty of Training is that it doesn’t really fall under one categorical sport. If anything, Training rises above all categories in hierarchy and prepares individuals for that a-game approach to any sport. For Amare Stoudemire, proper Training allowed him to be one of the best players in the league last year and was a serious MVP candidate, but injuries and roster mix-ups slowed him down a bit this season, but there’s no doubt that STAT will be Standing Tall this upcoming campaign – he’s even employed the services of all-time great Hakeem Olajuwon (Dwight Howard and LeBron James also thrived under his tutelage).
