The traveling sneaker x hip-hop showcase known as Sneaker Pimps heads to New York in just a few days, with special guest Meek Mill providing some live entertainment. Making this event extra-special is this Sneaker Pimps x Nike Air Max Hyperposite ‘Statue of Liberty’, featuring a Sneaker Pimps logo on the tongue and a glow-in-the-dark midsole. These Friends & Family joints are limited to just sixty pairs – all individually number via a label on the inner face of the tongue. One of these sixty pairs will be auctioned off at this Tuesday night’s event, with all proceeds going directly to the relief effort for the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. A detailed gallery is below, and if you’re in the NYC area, lighten up your spirits by hitting Sneaker Pimps on Tuesday, November 6th.
