The string of Player Exclusives in Kobe format might be the longest running set in the history of the Black Mamba’s signature shoe. W know for a fact that the special make-ups for the Westchester Comets goes all the way back to Kobe’s first official signature with Nike in the Air Zoom Kobe 1, so it’s amazing to see that this connection between Nike and the LA-based high-school is still going strong. It features the same Black/Red/White colorway for that Bulls-like appeal, with a Comets logo embedded on the medial ankle-collar of the shoe adding to the “PE” nature.
