Vans Custom Culture returns in 2013 with another inspiring collection of Vans-based artwork, with the top 50 high schools competing for the top price – a $50,000 grant towards their school’s art program. But not only did the schools participate, but a select number of celebrity ambassadors, like late night host Conan O’Brien, TV Personality Maria Menounos, legendary street artist Mister Cartoon, and more.
