Italy’s Slam Jam is synonymous with neck-breaking collaborations, from their Nike Air Force 1 Lows to the more recent Asics Gel Lyte III. Here we see the store switch from blinding color to a more novel approach as the Slam Jam x Converse Jack Purcell ‘Summer Journey’ makes its mark with the nickname spelled out on the tongues. Add to this the red medial rivets that match the Purcell’s smile and we’re looking at one of the more unique renditions this classic style has seen.
