The recent Sneaker Con NYC stop was a huge one by all accounts. Helping the event go extra big was sponsor adidas Originals, who stopped by with the legend himself Dikembe Mutombo. Dikembe’s name has been on the tip of quite a few tongues lately given that his classic, African inspired silhouette from adidas is set for a comeback this August 24th (and it looks the apparel might be too-check the shirt spotted in the video). Ahead of that re-issue, the Sneaker News team sat down with Mt. Mutombo to talk to about the past, present, and future of his footwear line.
