Michael Jordan made plenty of headlines when he was rocking four-five on the baseball diamond. The sport of baseball proved that Jordan was indeed human, and while he showed some flashes of power and speed around the bases, his success in basketball didn’t exactly transfer over to AA ball. Later this year, Jordan Brand will once again tell the story of the first retirement with this upcoming release of the Air Jordan 9 “Barons”, which recalls the NBA star’s short sting with the Chicago farm system club. A release date of April 5th is what the word is at the point, but we’ll keep you updated on that bit of info as well as other 2014 Jordan Release Dates.
