Unless another advancement is made, unless there’s some clever innovation, some kind of abrasion-resistant coating or another clever method, we’ll never see a Flyknit skate shoe. It’s kind of a big ‘if’, though, especially considering that the shoe pictured above is defined by its abrasion-resistant coating. The Nike Lunar OneShot arrives here today in a new Lakers-style colorway whose black tongue puts it in line with a ‘Hollywood Nights’ style a la the Flyknit Kobe 9 Elite.
