Foot Patrol’s Asics Gel Kayano “Storm” Releases on April 11th

Foot Patrol of the UK gets a second crack at the popular Kayano Trainer silhouette this weekend, and for round 2, the legendary crew looked to throwback storm jackets from the early 90s, specifically from the year the Kayano Trainer made its debut. The first Kayano collaboration features a subdued colorway of olive and black, but this latest project fulfilled their wish to be more bold with colors. Bright blue and attractive dark pink tones capture the entire upper of the shoe, while light blue accents on the tongue and heel give the sneaker that layered look that we expect from those trendy rain jackets that are still a staple in streetwear today.
