Rick Owens and adidas have teamed up to give some of the most polarizing silhouettes in the past couple of years. The latest Spring 2016 Collection features such gems like the above pictured high top sandal featuring an ankle strap that doubles as a bomber jacket-like ankle weight. Because, you know, carrying your Metrocard in your wallet just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Also included is high top so high it can only be properly described as a stocking. Constructed of a premium suede, the classic adidas shell toe is the only noticeable three stripes affiliation. The outsole is so jagged it brings a snow mobile to mind.
