Extra Butter is setting foot outdoors for its upcoming “Vanguard” Collection, inspired by exploration and discovery of new landscapes both physical and mental. The RVC/LES-based shop presents the adidas ZX Flux and adidas ZX Trail Mid with a focus on maritime and wilderness frontiers; the ZX Flux features a neoprene upper graphic print taken from a rare species, with taped seams for that underwater effect and glow-in-the-dark heels for visibility, while the ZX Trail Mid reflects youth scout survival with a brown-based colorway that mimics the young adventurer’s gear with patches adorning the entire upper. The shoes are set for an online release on Monday, September 7th, but keep an eye on the Extra Butter Instagram page where the shop will open up a scavenger hunt for a chance to cop one of the best collaborations of the year.
