The Nike Air Max Plus has seen a second life with major interest in European and Australian markets. Retros seldom hit retailers stateside, but it looks like this legendary OG colorway, the Nike Air Max Plus “Persian Violet” could be returning come Spring 2016. The synthetic overlay made to look like an intimidating array of growing flames screams late 90s, and usually sees a unique gradient add to the fire-like effect. Here, a bolstered black mesh is contrasted by a clean white overlay to give the Persian Violet gel Swoosh, toecap, and midsole some shine. Are you a fan of this original AM Plus?
