Looks Like Wale’s Next Collaboration With Villa And ASICS Isn’t Scrapped

Wale’s aligned with retailer Villa to produce some unique collaborations on some of today’s trendiest runners. Their last one hit too close to home for Ivy League institution UPenn, which led to some legal battles and ultimately in a scrap of that Saucony shoe. It looks like they have another collaboration already in the works, as the hip-hop act took to his personal social media to debut a gold/black/blue colorway of the split-tongued ASICS GEL-Lyte III runner. More importantly, it appears that these aren’t scrapped, so we should expect a release sometime this Summer. More details below.
