“Cockatoo” Green Returns On The ASICS GEL-Lyte Speed

Asics Gel Lyte Speed Cockatoo Green Summer 2016 01

Ronnie Fieg and KITH introduced the fan-favorite ASICS Gel Lyte III in a head-turning seafoam green shade known as Cockatoo Green this past May featuring touches of off-white on the midsole for an exceptional pair of the retro running model. Now ASICS is taking inspiration from that Kithstrike for this upcoming ASICS Gel-Lyte Speed. The split-tongue returns as does the matching shade, but here plenty of contrasting black speckles land on the upper and extend to the midsole for a vibrant color choice sure to polarize the sneaker world. What do you think of the colorway? Continue onward for more detailed images and stay tuned for stateside availability later this summer.
