The Air Jordan 5 OG Remastered Releases Tomorrow

Air Jordan 5 Og Black Metallic Release Details 01

Update July 25th, 2016: Foot Locker has restocked this Jordan 5 online.

The wait is finally over. Tomorrow, July 23rd, Jordan Brand is bringing back the iconic Air Jordan 5 Black Metallic with enough original details through the remastering process to be nearly identical to Tinker Hatfield’s creation from 1990. An updated Durabuck upper contrasts a smoother reflective 3M tongue while Fire Red accents work wonderfully with a pre-aged yellow visible air unit. Of course, the main attraction here is the original white ‘Nike Air’ stitching found on the heel which continues the Jumpman’s return to the Swoosh branding that’s been a major asset since late last year. With that remastering process comes an increase of price – retail before tax will be $220 USD. Is it worth it? Check out more detailed photos below and if you don’t want to wait in line for this Air Jordan 5 retro offering, know that you can find select sizes right now on eBay.
