Adidas Nmd Xr1 Triple Black 01

What more can be said about adidas Originals’ dominant summer and releases like the adidas NMD and the adidas NMD XR1? Through smart and minimalist design cues, Primeknit and Boost constructions, and smart rollout plans that keep fans interested, the trefoil brand has proven to be back in a major way. And all of that is before the upcoming colorized Boost wave that’s coming in the near future, like with this adidas NMD XR1 Triple Black, slated to release at European outlets on August 26th.

The NMD XR1 Triple Black accomplishes the murdered out look in a completely new way, as the Primeknit upper utilizes a head-turning striped construction consisting of both Core Black and Dark Grey accents. The TPU cage overlay adds lockdown support in a stylish way, as a matte black matches the new Core Black Boost midsole unit. Other details like striped laces, new suede heel counter and matching “The Brand With The Three Stripes” heel tab all pull together in the perfect way.

There’s no word yet on when the adidas NMD XR1 Triple Black will arrive at stateside retailers, but if you’re overseas in Europe, know that you can try to get your hands on this pair on August 26th. Check out more detailed shots below and stay tuned for more updates via our release dates page.
