mastermind Japan has been making a ton of collaborative moves as of late. There was last year’s adidas Originals capsule that brought the brand’s signature all black aesthetic to the adidas NMD XR1 and the Japanese imprint recently announced a new global version of its brand called mastermind WORLD. Now the streetwear staple will be celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star with two brand new Chuck Taylor Hi models each featuring the iconic skull and crossbones look and chrome accents for a premium finish, each available at select retailers like Amazon Kicks in Japan and Black Sense Market on January 21st, 2017.
