The Nike Air Max 97 Is Releasing In White Snakeskin

The Nike Air Max 97‘s 20th-anniversary celebration has only given us a couple of noteworthy retro pairs, but the Silver Bullet and Metallic Gold offerings created enough noise to warrant a renaissance for the truly unique Air Max offering. Today we get a look at a brand new lifestyle-themed option in the Nike Air Max 97 White Snakeskin slated to release later this Summer 2017 season. Gone are the vibrant precious metal thematics for a simple off-white Sail offering bolstered by synthetic python textures on the mudguard. The tonal pair does manage to keep the reflective 3M piping on the tongue and upper for a traditional nod at the silhouette’s affection for reflection. This Nike Air Max 97 White Snakeskin could be a part of a larger pack from Nike Sportswear as we’ve also seen a Nike Air Max 95 sport a similar look.
